I’m a Pisces, so this principle is way up my alley. Whether I’m building something, painting, writing, sketching, dancing, etc., I’m in my zone. My desire to create is uncontrollable at times, but it makes me who I am.
When A$AP Rocky said, “hood n*gga, but a good dude”, he was obviously talking about the D-Boy. Geeeeez, this kid is so damn nice! Nice is so 1990s and I’ve been supa nostalgic about that time lately.
Purpose
Today is my favorite Kwanzaa principle. I can be a reckless broad sometimes, but in all I do, I am cognizant of my purpose. It just so happens that my nia for my 20s is to live life at 1000mph.
I just met the man that I’m going to marry.
(or forcibly have relations with that will lead to an offspring)

Collective Work & Responsibility

The second day of Kwanzaa is a subtle reminder that it’s all worth it.
Heading back to New York. Im going to dinner w/ the ex tonight. It will be either mildly entertaining or a complete shit-show.
UNITY
First day of Kwanzaa and I’m stoked! Time to get focused for the incoming year.
I know people bash Kwanzaa to the high heavens, but if you take away the formalities like wearing the kente and speaking in Swahili, you can see how these seven days are like a body cleanse that we all need once in a while.
